Curriculum follows the Indiana State Guidelines designed to prepare children for either senior kindergarten or first grade. Individualized instruction in reading, phonics, math, and writing each day. Creative art, music, movement, science discovery and outdoor play time. Computer and Spanish classes with a Spanish teacher. Low teacher/pupil ratio to enhance the learning climate.

A Day In the Life

1. •8-8:30 Arrival and free play time
   

2. •8:30-8:45 Greetings,daily work explained, Pledge, Calendar (in English and Spanish) Weather, and Counting classmates
   

3. •8:45-10 Group and individual work one to one with teachers; Assigned Centers (Math, Phonics, Reading, Spelling)
   

4. •10-10:15 Snack
   

5. •10:15-10:45 Large group activity ( Literature, Songs, Games, Handwriting, Science, Art )
   

6. •10:45-11 Circle time, stories, review time
   

7. •11-11:20 Outdoor recess (weather permitting)
   

8. •11:20-11:30 Gather coats, backpacks
